VJ VISH works in Amsterdam as a Video Artist and VJ. Powerful dreamscapes full of organic textures and simmering warm colours: VISH offers a unique take on VJ-ing and video art. Small wonder she gets invited to places where a quick slick fix won’t do. Events at the Amsterdam Concertgebouw, performing with the best of world music ensembles at Amsterdam Roots festival, jamming with young poets at The School of Poetry. Her light sculptures and light paintings are at display at places like Van Gogh Museum, Eye Museum and Light Festival Gent (ok, the latter was an ambush...). In these contexts, she often uses installations like glass sculptures that refract and reflect light in ways computers haven’t figured out yet. The indie club and music scene appreciate this as well, as she was the resident VJ of Dialoque.music and performs regularly at Project Insides and Supperclub Amsterdam.
