Overview
Broederliefde is a Dutch hiphop group from the Rotterdam neighborhood Spangen. The group consists of five members: Emms, Jerr, Sjaf, Edson and Mella. The group was born out a bunch of old soccer friends who went into the studio together.
Broederliefde has been one of the most famous hiphop bands in the Netherlands since 2014. They were nominated for a number of different awards (such as FunX, 3voor12 and MTV Award). After perfomances at Lowlands, among others, Broederliefde attracted an increasingly wider audience. The group was also featured in television programmes such as RTL Late Night and DINO. The group has been in the top 100 and top 40 in the Netherlands several times. One of their best-known songs is Jungle.
And the success doesn't stop: they won another FunX Music Awards (for the best group) in 2019. In Broederliefde will perform in one of their biggest shows in Ahoy Rotterdam (at 3 February).
